To advance the arts and enhance the quality of life for all Hampton Roads residents and visitors by:

- Presenting unique and affordable arts experiences of world-class artistic standards, presented in an intimate venue setting, that appeal to a diverse citizenry and promote deeper cultural awareness.

- Providing opportunities for Hampton Roads artists to showcase and develop performing, visual and educational arts in both traditional and non-traditional formats.

- Integrating accessible arts education, performances, and exhibitions that support life-long learning, cultural awareness, and community engagement.
